Refund Policy
Full refund within 14 days of any charge. No reason required.

The short version
If you are not happy with a paid subscription, email info@alphamacroinsider.com within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason and we will not ask for one.
This applies to every charge, including renewals — not only your first payment. Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your account’s subscription page or through the customer portal link in your receipt. Cancelling stops future billing. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for — cancellation on its own is not a refund request, so if you also want the last charge back, email us.
Your statutory right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving reasons. To exercise it, send us a clear statement at info@alphamacroinsider.com — an email saying you withdraw is enough. Sending it before the 14 days expire is sufficient to meet the deadline.
For digital content and services, this right can end early if you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal. If our checkout asks for that consent, our own 14-day promise above still applies regardless — it is a contractual commitment that sits on top of the statutory right and is not affected by any waiver you give.
After 14 days
We do not refund periods older than 14 days as a matter of course, but we would rather resolve a problem than keep money from someone who is not using the service. If something went wrong — a billing mistake, a duplicate charge, a feature that stopped working — write to us and we will sort it out.
If we discontinue a material feature of a paid plan mid-period, you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund of the remaining time, as stated in the terms.

The core asset pages, macro data, and sector snapshot are free and always have been. No payment is required to use them, and nothing on this page applies to them.
